Mappa Mundi - End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and Mappa Mundi ('we', 'us', or 'our'.)

7. Indemnity

You hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless, protect and defend Mappa Mundi and its officers, directors and employees from and against any claims, suits, or actions resulting from or arising out of your activities or performance or the breach of your duties under the Agreement

8. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of The United States of America and the State of Utah.

9. Changes to this EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes your agreement to any updated terms.
